This training is aimed at the strengthening of the short and long term memory.

The potent, yet “easy to learn” material strengthens the participant’s confidence, imagination, memory recall and unlocks the photographic memory.

 

Aims of the training

 

• The aim of this training is to help people reconnect with their skills and memory. Through this, self esteem and confidence are boosted.
• With a trained memory, confidence, self esteem and outlook on life are immensely improved.

 

Healing Through Memory is used as a vehicle to bring the participant into their own power. Memory work provides practical applications and exercises to test and strengthen your abilities. By engaging your imagination and creative powers you will gain speed, accuracy and poise in the development of your natural Memory Power. New skills are brought forth in an “easy and fun” way.

 

The course focuses on solutions, not on problems. This is achieved by asking powerful, positive questions that help access the participant’s key strengths and abilities. The training embraces goal setting, affirmations, self discovery and powerful self-healing visualisations.

 

Healing Through Memory Programme

• The outcomes will be achieved by following a specific format with each of the sixteen lessons building on the previous. This includes the Teachability Index and Training Balance Scale.
• The first three quarters of the programme starts with simple and interactive fun exercises. These focus the mind through using vivid visualisation which opens the minds eye, in turn opening the self to the inner dimensions of vision and knowledge.
• The everyday applications are presented in the last quarter of the training. (Section 2)
• The five stages of information processing.
• What you need for optimal thinking.
• Nutrition for good memory.

 

The training will be tailored to your Organisation’s needs. It is especially designed to assist staff members. It is possible to carry out the training in two sections. Each section would be for a period of 4 to 5 days with at least one month in between each training.

 

The price for the training which includes tuition, training materials (plus the trainer’s accommodation and travel expenses if needed) is to be negotiated.

I am a New Zealander, currently living in London, United Kingdom. I have over  20 years experience of teaching self‑healing techniques, body work, memory work and meditation.

 

I facilitate workshops in massage, meditation, healing through memory, excitement of change, self esteem and creating a positive approach. I have a complementary health practice where I work intuitively and at a very deep level with clients.
